Which deadlines can be broken down?

Every deadline with a per-pupil or per-class basis: grades, wellbeing responses, consents, exemptions, attendance, national skills tests and selected STIL pushes.

Can we see history on the breakdown?

Yes. Each deadline stores a snapshot at the status moment, so you can see exactly what was outstanding at 23:59 before the deadline — relevant for self-evaluation and the quality report.

What if a pupil is wrongly listed as outstanding?

Click the pupil — you go straight to the source data (e.g. grade book), where you can correct it or register an exemption. The breakdown updates immediately.

Behind every annual wheel deadline is a precise list: which classes, which pupils, how many responses are outstanding. Teachers see their own classes, heads see the whole school — same data source. EVA (2020) shows that this kind of data transparency is the precondition for quality work to actually move the needle.
