The whole chain

From timetable and year plan to a ready lesson

Timetable → Year plan → Flow → Lesson preparation → Lesson → Homework. Every step knows the one before, so teachers never start from a blank field.

1 · Automatic timetable proposal

The school's own lesson times and breaks form the grid. The timetable is calculated from subject hours, teachers, rooms and rules as a draft that leadership fine-tunes in the designer and then saves and publishes. Lesson length (45 or 90 min) carries all the way through.

2 · Year plan with AI draft

The AI draft places every topic and curriculum requirement with a coverage counter, spreads periods over weeks 33–25 excluding holidays and links them to learning goals. Edit each period, copy the plan from 7A to 7B and save it to Documents to share.

3 · Flow from year to week

One view of periods, units, lessons and what is prepared. Click an empty lesson and preparation opens with unit, part and focus already chosen.

4 · Smart lesson preparation

'Generate the lesson from the year plan' builds the lesson from the unit, its part (e.g. 2 of 3) and the lesson focus. A time budget per phase from the timetable, with 'move overflow to next lesson' or 'mark as extra'. Suggestions for where students answer, VARK variants counted once, and images labelled in the teaching language.

5 · The lesson and after

Board, student screens and teacher view from the same preparation, whether the lesson is physical, hybrid or online. Unfinished work becomes homework with a deadline, and students and parents are notified before and after it. The next part of the unit is one click away.

How it connects

1

Timetable

Leadership generates a proposal, adjusts and publishes.

2

Year plan

The AI draft covers every requirement and spreads periods over the year.

3

Flow

Teachers see which lessons still need preparation.

4

Lesson

One click pulls unit, part and focus and builds a lesson that fits the time.

5

Teaching and homework

Teaching runs from the same preparation, and homework is followed up.

Who it is for

School leadership

A timetable proposal that respects the school's times, breaks and rules before anyone moves a piece.

Subject teachers

From year plan to a lesson that fits the 45 minutes, without copy-paste.

Teams

Copy the year plan between parallel classes and share it as a document.

Questions

Does the system build the timetable on its own?

It calculates a proposal from the school's times, subject hours, teachers, rooms and rules. It stays a draft until leadership saves and publishes it.

Does the AI draft cover the whole curriculum?

Yes. Every topic and requirement is placed and a counter shows coverage.

What if a lesson gets too long?

Each phase has a time budget from the timetable. Overflow can move to the next lesson or be marked as extra.

Can parents see homework?

Yes. Parents see homework and are notified before the deadline and if it is missed.
